It all started when one of the Rainforesta associates travelled to the United States looking for refreshing acai but couldn't find the quality flavor, texture and purê quality of the original açaí. That's when he had the idea to bring a quality product to the US market that maintains the nutritional benefits of the natural fruit with the the genuine flavor that we are accustomed to finding in Brazil. |
With more interested people, the idea gained momentum. In a trip to Para, the state that has the biggest açaí production in Brazil, they began research for trust-worthy providers of high quality. The more we at Rainforesta researched and got to know more about the product and its benefits, the more we were certain that we were on the right path: a company with socio-environmental consciousness.
